Showcase Thoughts
What is a showcase? Well, it's a way to show various things which I have worked on and developed, a bunch of tech demos if you will.
Within the Showcase folder on my Plone website, a visitor can see a bunch of the custom Plone content types I've created in a single easy to access spot. This content type here which you are currently reading is called a Thought, and is similar to a regular document, and there's nothing else too special about it. I created this custom content type as a way to better sort items, and to also prevent it from appearing automatically in a navigation. Plone is rather interesting when it comes to how it generates it's navigation, but that isn't what this thought is about, this thought is about the Showcase, and an example of the Thought content type.
